We are located at 83 Link Road over in Bhim Nagar. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, just a regular door with some signs in the window, but we have been here for a good while now. Most days start with opening up early and checking what came in the day before. There’s usually a pile of laptops waiting for screens or keyboards. We spend a lot of time at the back workbench under the bright lights. It gets pretty warm in here when all the machines are running at once, especially in the afternoon. Bhim Nagar is a busy area so there is always noise from the street coming in. We keep a lot of spare parts in the drawers, old screws, and cables that you can't find easily anymore. Sometimes we even have parts from ten years ago just in case someone comes in with a very old machine they can't let go of. People from the neighborhood stop by, sometimes just to ask a quick question about their printer or why their internet is acting up. We don't have a big team or a receptionist, so if the phone rings while we are mid-repair, it might take a second to answer. The floor is concrete and we have these old metal shelves that hold everything from power supplies to motherboard boxes. It's just a regular place where we work on computers and try to keep things moving. We don't do anything fancy, just the daily grind of fixing tech that people rely on.
