Our office is located in Sector 37, right in the Chattar Singh Market area. We are positioned directly opposite the Rai Industrial Chowk. It’s a very industrial part of the sector, so there is always a lot of noise from machinery and trucks moving around. The market itself is quite old, and you can find almost anything you need if you look hard enough. We’ve been at this spot for several years. It isn’t the quietest place to work, but it’s right where the action is. Being near the Chowk makes it easy for people to find us, even if they aren't from around here. We have a small shop front and a back area for storage. The walls are a bit dusty from the road, but that’s just how it is in Sector 37. We don’t have a receptionist or a waiting room. Usually, if someone comes by, they just walk right in and talk to whoever is available. We spend most of our time dealing with suppliers and sorting through inventory. The coffee machine in the corner is probably the most used thing in the office. We like being part of this market community. There is a sense of everyone just trying to make a living. We don't use any fancy systems, just some old-school ledgers and a couple of computers that have seen better days. It works for us, and we don't feel the need to change. We just keep doing our thing.
