You can find us over at 132 in Sector 23 of Gurugram. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you are in the neighborhood. We are Noratech Private Limited. We don’t do anything too flashy here; we just focus on the technical side of things, like software and IT support. The team is quite small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. You might see the same person answering the phone and then jumping into some complex coding five minutes later. We like the variety that comes with a small setup. Sector 23 is a nice enough part of Gurgaon-122001, with some decent places to eat nearby when we need a break from the screens. The office is functional. We’ve got desks, chairs, and enough coffee to keep us going through the afternoon slump. We don't have any big corporate policies that make life difficult for us. We just talk to each other and figure things out as they come up. Problems happen, of course, and we spend a fair amount of time troubleshooting things that didn’t go according to plan. That’s just the nature of tech work. We don’t pretend to be perfect or have all the answers instantly. We just put in the time and the effort to solve whatever is in front of us. It’s a down-to-earth place where work actually gets done without much fuss or drama in Haryana.
