Nirvara Innovation Llp

Our office, Nirvara Innovation Llp, is up on the fifth floor of Edge Tower in Ramprastha, Sector 37D. That is in Gurugram, out in Haryana. Being in 503 K gives us a bit of height, so we can see the surrounding area of Sector 37D pretty well. It’s a modern building, but we keep our actual office space very down-to-earth. We aren't the type of people who wear suits or have long meetings about nothing. Most of the time, we are just sitting at our desks with our headphones on, working on whatever innovation or project is on the schedule. The team is a group of local people who wanted to build something in this part of the city. We chose Edge Tower because it’s a solid place to work and it's easy for us to get to. There’s a lot of construction happening around here, so things are always changing. Inside our space, it’s mostly just desks and a small area where we can sit and talk about work over some snacks. We don't have a big corporate handbook. We just figure things out as we go and try to do a good job. It can get a bit noisy with the wind hitting the windows on the fifth floor, but we've gotten used to it. We just focus on our computers and the tasks at hand. It’s a simple setup for a group that likes to stay busy.
