You can find us at Number 203 in the Vashisht Complex. We are right opposite the IDBI Bank on the Mehrauli Gurgaon Road, specifically in the Sikanderpur area. If you know that stretch of MG Road, you know how busy it gets with all the cars and people heading to the metro. Our shop is up on the second floor, which keeps it a little bit quieter than the street level, but you can still hear the traffic. We do a lot of different things here, from helping people with internet connections to fixing printers that have jammed up. It’s a lot of hands-on work. We have been in Sikanderpur for a while, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit with all the new buildings. Most of our day is spent answering the phone and trying to explain to someone how to restart their router or why their laptop screen is flickering. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s useful for the people living nearby. The Vashisht Complex is a bit older, but it’s a good central location for us. We have a few regulars who come in just to get their systems cleaned or to buy a new charging cable. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who know our way around a motherboard. It’s a busy life here on the road, but we like being in the middle of it all and helping out.
