Nath Enterprises

Our place, Nath Enterprises, is at Plot No.494 in Vpo Basai. It’s tucked away near the Sec-9,10,Chowk, which is always a bit of a mess with traffic and trucks moving through. The workshop is where we spend most of our hours. It’s a practical space, mostly concrete and metal, without any of the fancy decorations you might see in a city office. We have our tools and our materials spread out across the floor. Most of the guys have been working here for a long time, so they know the routine. We start early, usually before the sun gets too hot, and we take our breaks under the shade near the entrance. The road outside can get muddy when it rains, making it a bit of a trek to get to the main chowk. We handle various bits and pieces of engineering work and fabrication. It’s dusty work and our clothes usually show it by the end of the shift. We don’t really have a front desk or anything like that. If someone needs us, they just walk into the yard and find one of us near the machines. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We’ve stayed in Vpo Basai because it’s close to the main industrial hubs but still has that local feel. It gets the job done for us, and we are quite used to the noise and the dust by now, so it’s just business as usual.
