At Nagarro Software Private Limited, we are located on the second floor of D 103 in South City 2. This is in Gurgaon, Haryana, which is a place that never seems to stop moving. Our office on the second floor is where the actual work happens every day. It’s a standard workspace filled with computers, some desks that have seen better days, and a lot of tangled cables. South City 2 is a busy neighborhood, so getting to work in the morning can be a bit of a struggle with the Gurgaon traffic. We aren't in one of those massive glass buildings you see on the main highway. We have a more modest setup here. Most of our time is spent working on software projects, which means we are usually glued to our chairs for most of the day. It’s not a very physical job, but it can be mentally tiring when things aren't working right. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. We just come in, get our coffee, and start on the list of things to do. The atmosphere is pretty casual, and we don't worry too much about corporate rules or looking polished. We just want to get the software written and the bugs fixed so we can head home. It’s a practical environment for people who just want to get their work finished without any fuss.
