Ms Technocall Pvt Ltd is based on the 15th floor of Tower 1 at The Palms in South City 1, Gurgaon. Our office number is 1501, and being up this high gives us a decent view of the city, though we’re usually too busy to look out the windows. We’re a technical support and call center operation, so the office is mostly made up of long rows of desks with computers and headsets. It’s a very focused environment. You’ll always hear the sound of people talking to customers and the hum of all the electronics. South City 1 is a very central location, so it’s easy for the team to get here, even if the traffic in Gurgaon can be a bit of a nightmare during rush hour. The office itself is pretty standard; we haven't spent much on fancy decorations or branding. We’ve got the equipment we need and a small break room where we can grab a coffee. Sometimes the elevators in the tower are slow, which can be annoying when you’re in a hurry, but that’s just life in a high-rise. We aren’t interested in corporate buzzwords or polished presentations. We just focus on answering the calls and solving the technical problems that come our way every day. It’s a steady pace and we have a good group of people who just want to do their jobs well. We’ve been in The Palms for a while now and it suits our daily needs.
