We are over at Plot No. 76D in Phase IV of Udyog Vihar. Monkey King Information Technologyservices Private Limited has been set up here in Gurgaon for some time now. It's an industrial area, so there’s always noise and traffic around, but we are used to it. The office is functional. We have our computers and some chairs that have seen better days. We don't spend money on decorations or fancy reception desks because that's not what we're about here. Most of us take the bus or ride bikes to work. It’s a straightforward setup. We do our tech work and go home. Sometimes we stay late when there's a lot to do, but we try to keep a normal schedule most of the time. The name is a bit long, but we just call it the office. Gurgaon is changing fast, but our little spot in Udyog Vihar stays pretty consistent. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of people. It’s a small team, and everyone knows each other’s names. We just want to do a decent job and keep the lights on. If you’re driving through Phase IV, you’ve probably passed us without noticing. That suits us fine. We just focus on the screens and the keyboards and try to stay productive throughout the day. It’s hard work, but we like it.
