We are based out of House N-967/22 on the second floor of Sanshkar Apartment. It's located in Shiv Nagar, right along Patauti Road in Gurgaon. The company goes by Mojo or Wonderful Developers P. Ltd. Sometimes it’s a mouthful to say. We also have a connection to MG Road at CS 211. Our daily life happens mostly here in Shiv Nagar though. It’s a typical Gurgaon apartment converted into an office space. You have to climb the stairs to get to us. The neighborhood is a bit dusty with all the construction going on lately. Inside, we have our computers and some blueprints. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to contractors. It isn't a shiny glass tower. It’s just a regular floor in a regular building. Sometimes the electricity acts up, but we manage. We’ve been working in Haryana for quite some time. The team is small and we all know each other well. We handle the development side of things. If you're coming from Patauti Road, you’ll see the apartment block easily enough. We don't have a big reception desk. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk. We just try to keep the projects on track. It's hard work and long hours, but that's how it is for us at Mojo. We have been here since the building was fairly new. It suits our needs well.
