Modiconnect Pvt. Ltd.

We operate out of E-103 in Rail Vihar, which is over in Sector-15, Gurgaon. It’s a residential colony, so it’s a lot different from the big glass towers you see in other parts of Gurgaon. Modiconnect Pvt. Ltd. is basically run from this apartment space. It’s a bit tight when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We’ve got desks set up where the living room would be. It’s a practical way to run things. We mostly deal with connections and communication stuff, hence the name. Being in Sector-15 is handy because there are plenty of places to grab a quick bite nearby. The security at the gate of Rail Vihar knows us by now. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us trying to stay on top of our projects. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of milk for coffee, just like in any normal house. We don't spend money on fancy decor. Our walls are mostly covered with charts and notes we’ve scribbled. It feels more like a workshop than an office sometimes. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to get things out on time. It’s a bit messy and a bit loud when the phones start going, but it’s our space and we like it that way. We just keep things moving every day without much fuss.
