Modi Solutions

We are situated at 12, on the first floor of the Phool Singh Complex in Sector 27. It's a pretty standard commercial building, nothing too flashy about it. To get to Modi Solutions, you just head up the stairs to the first floor. We have been in this Sector 27 spot for a bit now. The office is a decent size for us, with enough room for our computers and a small area for meetings, though most of our meetings happen over a cup of tea while standing up. The Phool Singh Complex has a lot of movement, with people coming in and out of the different offices all day long. We like being on the first floor because it is easy for people to find us without having to wait for an elevator that might be stuck. The decor inside isn't anything special—just some sturdy desks and the usual office stuff. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we would rather just focus on the work we do. It is a practical space for a practical business. Sector 27 is a good area to be in, and we have gotten to know the other shop owners around the complex quite well. We are not a giant company with a big board of directors. It is just a small group of us here trying to provide good solutions for the people who walk through our door. That is the long and short of it.
