Mintium42 Technologies Private Limited is based out of Sector 50 in Gurgaon. Our office is actually inside Flat No 1002 in Tower 4 of the Unitech Harmony complex. It’s not your typical commercial office building. Working from a residential tower gives things a much more relaxed and quiet atmosphere. We don't have the constant noise of a busy main road or a crowded IT park. Instead, it’s a high-up spot where we can see a bit of the city while we work. We spend our time on various tech projects, mostly just keeping our heads down and focusing on the code or the data. There isn't a front desk with a receptionist or any of that corporate stuff. If you come by, you are just meeting the people who actually do the work. We liked the idea of being in a place that feels like a home because it keeps the stress down. Gurgaon is a fast-paced place, so having this little quiet corner in Sector 50 helps us stay balanced. We don’t have any polished slogans or marketing goals to talk about. We just have our computers and our desks. We show up every day, do what needs to be done, and that is about it. It’s a straightforward way to run a tech company without all the usual baggage. We prefer it this way.
