Mindmill Software Limited

Mindmill Software Limited is based at A 42 4 in DLF Phase 1, Gurgaon. This area is known for being very busy and full of all kinds of businesses. Our office is in a block that has been here for years. It is not one of those new, shiny skyscrapers, but it is a solid place to work. Inside, we have rows of desks and quite a few whiteboards that are usually covered in scribbles and diagrams. The carpet is a bit worn out in the high-traffic areas, and the lighting is just standard office fluorescents. We have a small balcony where some of us go to get some fresh air when the work gets a bit too intense. Gurgaon can be very loud with all the construction and the traffic, but our walls are thick enough to keep most of it out. We usually order in lunch or walk down to the local market area to grab a bite. There is no receptionist at the front, so people usually just walk in and find whoever they are looking for. We aren't big on formal meetings or corporate talk. We just sit down, open our laptops, and get to work on whatever software projects are on the schedule for the week. It is a very straightforward, functional space where we spend our days doing the tasks assigned to us without any extra fuss or ceremony.
