Mind Processors Technologies Pvt Ltd operates out of Sector 31 on Smt Santosh Yadav Marg C-1. It’s a long name for a street, but it’s a good location for us. The building at C-1 is easy to find because of the big tree right out front that provides some nice shade for the cars parked underneath. Inside, the office is spread out, giving us enough room so we aren't constantly bumping into each other. We have a lot of computers, as you might expect, and the hum of the cooling fans is the constant soundtrack to our days. The carpet is a bit worn in the high-traffic areas, and the walls are a plain off-white that doesn't show the dust too much. We don't have a fancy lounge or a game room like some of the startups nearby. We just have our desks and a small corner with a fridge and a microwave. Smt Santosh Yadav Marg is usually quite busy during the day with people coming and going from the other offices in Sector 31. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the neighborhood over time. The staff here is a mix of different ages, but we all get along well enough. We don’t bother with formal meetings most of the time; if something needs to be said, we just shout it across the room or walk over to the other person's desk. It’s a straightforward way to work that suits our style.
