Metro Hospital & Heart Institue

Our address is J-181, Phase-1, New Palam Vihar in Gurgaon. We call it the Metro Hospital & Heart Institute. Being in Gurgaon, you are always surrounded by big buildings and lots of traffic, but New Palam Vihar has its own local feel. We chose this spot in Phase 1 to be accessible to the people living nearby. Since we focus a lot on heart health, we have specific equipment for that, but at the end of the day, we are still a hospital for anyone who needs us. The place is functional and clean, though it doesn't have that cold, sterile look of the massive corporate centers downtown. We’ve got a small team of heart specialists and general doctors. It can get pretty cramped in the waiting area during the peak hours, but we try to keep everyone moving. The neighborhood is fairly busy, so there’s always something going on outside our doors. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny signs. Most people find out about us because they live in the area or someone told them we were here. It is just a straightforward medical facility where we try to do the right thing for the folks who come in with chest pains or just a bad flu. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we just take it one day at a time and focus on the people who are right in front of us.
