Mergetec Software Private Limited is right on M G Road in Gurgaon. We are in the Coral Court section of Essel Towers. If you know MG Road, you know it’s one of the busiest streets in the whole area, with malls and metro stations everywhere. Being in Essel Towers gives us a bit of a refuge from all that noise, though you can still hear the city hum. Our office is on the 7th floor. It’s a decent place to work, nothing over the top. We have a few rooms filled with computers and the sound of people talking. We do software work, which mostly involves a lot of sitting and looking at code. We aren't the type of place that has a dress code or fancy titles for everyone. It’s more of a first-name basis kind of office. We have a small kitchen area where the fridge is usually full of people’s lunches. The lifts in the building can be slow during the lunch hour, so we usually just hang out or go for a quick walk. We don't talk about missions or visions. We just have a list of things to do every morning and we try to get through them by the evening. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to work for the people who work here.
