I'm Manishyadav and I've been running things here at 157, Sector 5 - Part 3 in Gurgaon for a while now. This spot in Urban Estate is where I spend most of my days. It’s not a huge setup, just a regular place where I get my work done and handle whatever comes through the door. People around here know the address pretty well since it's right in the middle of the residential area. I started doing this because I needed a space to work and Gurgaon seemed like the right place to be. Some days are busier than others, especially with all the traffic around Haryana lately. I usually open up early and stay until the work is finished. There’s no fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a desk, some chairs, and me. I’ve lived around here long enough to see how the neighborhood has changed over the years. Sector 5 feels different now than when I first moved in, but the building still looks the same. If you are looking for me, I am usually around the back or checking on things near the entrance. I don't really do the whole corporate thing. It’s just me and sometimes a couple of others helping out. We keep things pretty simple and don’t make a big fuss about anything. It’s just a local spot in Urban Estate where things happen day to day.
