Mango It Sol.

Mango It Sol. is based in DLF Phase 1, specifically at G16/12 in Gurgaon. If you’ve been around this part of the city, you know it’s mostly residential but has these small offices tucked into the houses. It’s a quiet street for the most part, which is good when you’re trying to focus on coding or fixing technical problems. We aren't a massive tech giant with a glass building; we’re just a small team working out of this space. The atmosphere is pretty casual. We wear jeans and stay fueled by coffee and snacks from the local market nearby. Most of our day is spent looking at screens, answering emails, and trying to figure out why something isn't working right. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. During monsoon, the street can get a bit flooded, but we still make it into work. We have a small fridge for our lunch boxes. The office has wires everywhere and a few old monitors sitting in the corner. We’ve been in this G16/12 spot for a while now and we like the location. It’s easy to get to from the metro, but far enough away that it doesn’t feel like the middle of a traffic jam. We don't have a big reception desk or a sign out front that lights up. It’s just a place where we do IT work for our clients. We focus on the tasks at hand and don't worry about the corporate image things. It’s practical and simple.
