At Plot 76-D in Udyog Vihar, Phase 4, you'll find the office for Lorikeet Technologies Private Limited. It’s a standard industrial plot. The area is pretty industrial, so don't expect any fancy parks or quiet streets. It’s all business around here. Inside, we have our workstations set up in a way that lets us talk to each other without having to get up. We do a lot of tech work, mostly focused on building and maintaining digital tools. It isn't always glamorous. A lot of our time is spent looking for tiny errors in lines of code or trying to figure out why a server is acting up today. We aren’t a big, polished company with a PR department. We’re just a bunch of people who are good with computers and decided to work together. The office can get a bit hot in the summer, and the stairs are a bit steep, but it’s home for us. We try to keep a steady pace, though some weeks are definitely more stressful than others. We don't have a lot of rules about what people wear or when they take their breaks. As long as the work is moving forward, we’re happy. It’s a very practical, no-nonsense environment where we just focus on the task at hand. There is always a lot to do, so we just keep our heads down and stay busy.
