Libgem Solutions

Libgem Solutions is based over at 742 Saraswati Vihar, which is quite close to Sahara Mall in Gurgaon. It’s an interesting area because it feels like a residential neighborhood but there are plenty of small offices like ours tucked away here. We have a simple desk layout with computers and a lot of cables running along the floor. Gurgaon can be quite hectic with the traffic and the constant construction, so it’s nice to have a spot that’s a little bit away from the main highway noise. We spend our days mostly staring at screens and trying to figure out technical problems for people. We aren't a massive corporation, so when the phone rings, it’s usually one of us who answers it directly. There is a small kitchen area where we make tea, and that’s about as fancy as it gets. The office has big windows, but we usually keep the blinds down to stop the glare on our monitors. On lunch breaks, some of us walk towards the mall to grab something to eat or just to get some fresh air. It’s a practical place to work, and we don't bother with much decor other than a few calendars on the walls. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of the work as it comes in from day to day.
