Lagentek Private Limited is situated in Gurgaon at Sector - 57. You can find us at B-801 in BPTP Freedom Park Life. It’s an apartment complex, so our office has a bit of a different vibe than a standard commercial building. We are way up on the eighth floor. It is usually pretty quiet up here, which helps when we need to concentrate on the technical tasks we have. The view of Gurgaon from the windows is alright, but mostly we are focused on what is happening on our screens. Our setup is pretty simple. We have a few rooms dedicated to our workstations and a small area where we take our breaks. It doesn’t feel like a corporate office at all. It feels more like a place where friends come together to work on tech stuff. We don't have a big human resources department or fancy company policies. We just show up and do what needs to be done. Sometimes the elevators in the building take a long time, so we have to plan our lunch breaks accordingly. Sector 57 is a decent area with plenty of stuff nearby. We like being in a place that feels a bit more like a home than a cubicle farm. It is a practical way to run a small company without all the extra overhead. We just keep our heads down and work on our projects daily without much fuss.
