Labnear Technology Private Limited is situated at Flat No. D-1101 in Park View City-1, Sector 48, right on Sohna Road. Working from the 11th floor gives us a bit of distance from the constant noise of the traffic down on Sohna Road, which is always busy and crowded. The office is basically a large apartment that we’ve turned into a workspace over time. It’s got a small kitchen where we make way too much tea and coffee, and a balcony where some of us go to catch a bit of fresh air during breaks. We don't have a big sign out front or a fancy lobby area. It’s just the number on the door and a bunch of people working on laptops and monitors inside. The atmosphere is pretty informal; we don’t have a strict dress code or anything like that. We spend most of our time dealing with technical problems and planning out our next steps for the projects. Sector 48 is a good location because there are plenty of places nearby to grab a quick snack or run an errand during the day. Sometimes the lift in D-block takes forever to arrive, so we end up chatting with the neighbors while we wait. It’s a very grounded way of working. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation; we’re just a team in a flat trying to make things work. It’s a comfortable spot and it feels right for the kind of work we do every day.
