Krishan Bhatta Company

Krishan Bhatta Company is located right along National Highway 71 on Rewari Road. We are pretty close to the Silani By Pass, so you can see us as you drive past the turn-off. It’s a dusty spot because of all the traffic and the brick kilns we have running. We spend our days out in the yard, mostly. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. We are usually covered in some amount of dirt or soot from the fires. Making bricks is what we know how to do. We take the local soil and turn it into something people can use to build their homes. It’s a slow process that takes a lot of patience. Sometimes the wind picks up and blows smoke across the highway, which we try to watch out for. We have a small group of guys who have worked together for a long time. We don't do any big marketing. Most people find us because they saw our stacks from the road or heard about us from a neighbor. We keep the operations straightforward. There’s a lot of lifting and moving bricks onto trucks. It’s hard on the back, but it’s the job. We don’t have any fancy mission statements. We just try to make decent bricks and get them to the people who need them on time. That is enough to keep us busy from morning until night.
