You can find Kridwinn Innovations Private Limited over in Sector-86 of Gurgaon. We are located in Tower C, specifically in unit C-1004 at Microtek Greenburg. It’s one of those newer complexes that has a lot of people living and working in the same area. Our office is basically where we hunker down and try to come up with new ways of doing things. We call ourselves an innovation company, but really, it’s just a lot of brainstorming and testing out ideas that might not even work the first time. It is a lot of trial and error. The office in 122004 is modern enough, and being in a tower gives us a bit of a professional setting without being too stuffy. We aren't the type of people to wear suits and ties. Most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable and start working on our laptops. Sometimes we spend the whole day arguing over a single design choice, but that’s how we get things figured out. Sector-86 is a bit far out for some, but we find the space and the quiet helpful for thinking. There’s a kitchen area where we spend way too much time talking about non-work stuff too. We don’t have a big corporate handbook or anything. We just try to be decent to each other and get our work finished on time. It’s a pretty simple setup but it works well for us and the projects we take on.
