Koitech Private Limited

Koitech Private Limited is set up in Flat No 403 at the Urban Greens Society. We’re right at Plot No 6A, CGHS, which is across from Medanta Hospital in Sector 39. It’s a bit unusual being in a residential society, but it makes for a calm workspace. We don’t have to deal with the typical office building noise. Instead, it’s just us in our flat, working away on our projects. Most days involve a lot of collaboration. Since we’re in a smaller space, we end up talking a lot about what we’re doing. There isn't much room for secrets or big private offices. We have our computers set up and we just get to it. Being near Medanta Hospital means the area is always busy with people and traffic, but once you get up to the fourth floor, it gets much quieter. We like the balance. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a lobby or a receptionist. If someone comes by, they just ring the bell and we let them in. It's a very direct way of working. We handle our own tea and coffee and keep the place tidy ourselves. Sector 39 is a good spot in Gurgaon to be based. It feels safe and connected to the rest of the city. We’ve been here for a bit now and the routine of coming to Urban Greens feels very natural to us. It is just a regular group of people doing regular work in a quiet flat.
