Our team at Kinminds Technologies Llp works out of Vipul Plaza in Sector 81. We are up on the 9th floor, specifically in Unit No. C 927/928. It's quite a view from up here, though we’re usually too busy with our screens to look out the window much. Sector 81 is a developing part of the city, so there’s always construction noise or new buildings popping up nearby. The office itself is pretty functional. We have our desks set up in a way that makes it easy to shout questions to each other. It’s better than sending emails when someone is sitting three feet away. We handle tech stuff, which mostly means a lot of troubleshooting and figuring out why things aren't connecting properly. It's not glamorous work, but it keeps us occupied. We moved into Vipul Plaza because it had the space we needed for our equipment. Most of us arrive around the same time and start the coffee machine before anything else. The floor can get a bit hectic during the middle of the day with other offices around us, but we stay in our zone. We don't really have a hierarchy here; whoever knows the answer to a problem just says it out loud. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We’ve been here long enough that the security guards know our faces. It feels like a second home given how many hours we put in at these desks every month.
