Joywin Technology Private Limited

We’ve been here at DLF Cyber City for a while now. Ground floor of Tower-B, Building 5. It gets pretty crowded in the mornings with everyone rushing to the elevators, but we’re right there on the main level so it’s easy to find us. It’s just a few of us mostly. We spend most of our time at our desks, working through stuff and trying to keep everything running. The air conditioning is always a bit too cold in this building, so we usually have jackets on even in the summer. It’s a busy spot to be in, but we like the energy. Sometimes we go out for tea near the building entrance when we need a break from the screens. We started Joywin Technology because we wanted to do our own thing. It's not always easy, some days are just long and slow, but we keep at it. Moving into Phase-III was a big step for us. The office isn't huge, but it fits what we need for now. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the work that comes in. You might see us walking around the food court around lunchtime. It’s just regular people here trying to get the job done right. We don't have fancy lounge areas or anything like that. Just desks, computers, and a lot of wires everywhere. It's a bit messy sometimes but that's just how we work when we are busy.
