Our office is tucked away in House No. 908 D2 at the Sidco Shivalik Apartment in IMT Manesar. Jeonhwa Technologies (Opc) Private Limited is essentially run from this residential-style space, which gives it a much different feel than the big factories surrounding us in Sector 1. It’s a bit of a climb up, and once you’re inside, you’ll find a few rooms converted into workspaces. Being in GH2 means we are right in the middle of the industrial hub, but it’s surprisingly quiet inside the apartment. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea, and the balcony gives us a view of the Manesar skyline, which is mostly cranes and industrial sheds. The team is quite tight-knit because we’re working in a smaller space. We don’t have fancy boardrooms, so we usually just huddle around a laptop or sit in the living area when we need to discuss something. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We wear casual clothes and don't worry too much about the corporate look. The main goal is just to stay on top of our technical work and keep the operations running smoothly. It feels more like a home-grown project than a big company, which suits us just fine. We’ve found our rhythm here between the residential quiet and the industrial noise outside. It is just a basic place for a few people to get through their daily tasks.
