We spend most of our time here at Hartron Complex in Sector-18. It’s a busy spot in Electronic City, and we occupy spaces 40, 59, and 60. It sounds like a lot of space, but it’s mostly just filled with computers, tangled wires, and people trying to get things to work right. We started out just wanting to handle tech stuff for people around this area. It gets pretty loud in the hallways during the lunch rush, but we just keep our heads down and get through the tasks. Some days the coffee machine breaks down and that’s a real problem for us. Most of what we do is just day-to-day IT support and fixing whatever tech issues pop up. We aren't a huge fancy firm with a glass lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It’s just us and the machines. Sometimes the internet acts up or a server goes down, and we just deal with it as it comes. We've been in this building for a while now. People know us by the way we leave the lights on late at night. The parking is usually a mess in the mornings, so we try to get in early. If you walk past our door, you’ll probably hear the hum of the fans. It's not a glamorous job, but we like being in this part of town. We keep things simple and try not to overcomplicate the problems people bring us. That's pretty much it.
