We are located at House Number 538 in Sector 22 A, which is right near the Rotary Public School in Gurgaon. If you've been around this part of town, you know exactly how the traffic gets when the school bell rings in the afternoon. Our office is basically a house that we’ve turned into a workspace over the years. It’s got a bit of a lived-in, slightly messy feel, which I think is much better than those cold offices in the big glass buildings downtown. There are a few of us working here on different projects under the Ismart Panache name. We handle various bits of business that come our way. It’s mostly just us sitting at our desks and making sure everything is in order. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee, and that’s about as fancy as it gets around here. Gurgaon is such a fast-paced place, but in this specific sector, it feels a little more like a regular neighborhood. We know the people living next door and they usually say hello when we arrive. We don't really go for big marketing campaigns or anything like that. We just do our work and let that be the end of it. The summers in Haryana are really tough, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are running. It’s a simple setup for a small team. We just take things one day at a time and try to stay organized with our daily tasks and deadlines.
