Our office is located at 1241 Maruti Vihar Colony in Gurgaon. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the much busier parts of the city you see on the news. Iqresource Pvt Ltd is the name we have on the door. We handle a lot of the back-end resource work here every day. The building itself is just a regular place inside the colony, so it feels more like a home than one of those stiff, cold office buildings downtown. Most of us have been working together for a long time now. We spend the morning catching up on emails and sorting through various files that come our way. Sometimes the internet acts up for an hour, but we manage to get things done anyway. Gurgaon has changed a lot since we first started, with more buildings popping up every year, but Maruti Vihar still feels like the same old neighborhood to us. We don’t have a big reception area or any flashy signs to grab attention. People usually find us because they need specific help with their business resources. It’s mostly just us sitting at our computers and taking phone calls throughout the day. Lunch is usually a group thing where we talk about everything except the work we are doing. It’s a practical way to run a small business. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our jobs right from our little corner of the colony. It keeps us busy.
