Our place is over at Plot No. 953 in Sector 23A. Gurgaon can be a bit confusing with all the different sectors and winding roads, but we have been in this spot long enough to know our way around. The building is a basic plot that we have converted into our main workspace. It is a pretty quiet part of Haryana compared to the big malls and glass buildings you see elsewhere. There is a small area out front where we park our scooters and bikes. The inside is mostly open space with a few desks and a lot of computer monitors. We do not have a fancy reception desk or anyone to greet you with a smile. Usually, you just walk in and find whoever is not on a phone call. It is a very hands-on environment. Most of the people here live nearby, so we have a local feel to the way we do things. Sometimes the power goes out in the middle of the day, which is just part of living in Gurgaon, but we just wait it out or use the backup. We like this location because it is close to the main roads but tucked away from the heaviest traffic jams. It is a straightforward operation with no unnecessary frills. We just come in every morning and try to finish what we started the day before. It is not always perfect, but we keep things moving. We have been doing this for years. It is our home base.
