Interglobe

Interglobe is based at House Number 1008 in Sector 21, which is a HUDA area in Gurgaon. This part of Haryana is pretty well-organized, and our office is just a regular building among others. We don't have a giant neon sign or anything like that. We mostly handle the backend of travel and aviation services from here. It is a lot of data entry, phone calls, and keeping track of various systems. The office environment is pretty relaxed but we stay busy. Most of the staff comes from nearby sectors, so we are a local bunch. We've seen Sector 21 grow and change over the years. Our daily routine is simple: we show up, check the logs, and get to work on whatever needs fixing that day. It might be a booking error or a logistics issue. We don't use a lot of corporate talk here. We just say things as they are. If a task is going to take two hours, we tell you it will take two hours. The space is filled with computers and files, and there is always a pot of tea going somewhere. It is a practical place for practical work. We are part of the larger travel network but our local office feels small and manageable. We focus on the details that keep the bigger machine running. It’s not glamorous, but it is what we do every single day.
