Our office is located at Plot No 1389 in Sector 10 A, Gurgaon. It’s a standalone plot in a part of Gurgaon that’s a bit more settled than the newer sectors. We have a simple gate and a small yard where some of us park our bikes. Inside, it’s all business. We’ve got the desks set up in rows, and there’s always the sound of typing and people talking on the phone. We provide various services, mostly handling back-end stuff that people don't really see. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important work. We don't have a big corporate culture with retreats or team-building exercises. Our team building is mostly just having tea together in the afternoon and complaining about the heat or the traffic on the way in. The building itself is quite plain, just a white structure with a few windows. We keep it clean and functional. We don't have a PR department to write fancy stories about us. We are just a group of people who come to work in Sector 10 A every day. Sometimes the water delivery is late, or the AC needs a service, and we just deal with it. It’s a very real, down-to-earth workplace. We focus on getting the daily tasks done without making a big fuss about it. That’s just the way we like to operate here. It works for us and it works for our clients too.
