Innowave Sol Pvt Ltd is over at A-55 Jal Vayu Vihar in Sector 30, Gurgaon. It is a residential neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like those big corporate hubs you see in other parts of the city. We have a regular house that we use for our office. It’s actually quite nice because it feels more like a home than a workplace. We have desks set up in the different rooms and a small area where we can have our lunch. Gurgaon traffic can be a real mess, so we are glad we don't have to deal with the busiest parts of the city every day. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on computers. We provide different solutions for the projects we take on. We don’t have a dress code or any fancy rules. Most of the time, we are just focused on our screens and talking through problems. We get our tea from a small shop nearby and usually bring our own food from home. It is a quiet place to work for the most part, though you can hear the birds in the trees outside. We have a few old filing cabinets that are overflowing and the printer acts up sometimes, but we manage just fine. It’s a good group of people here and we just try to do our work without any big drama. It’s a very normal office.
