Ijlc India Private Limited has its office here, and it’s a fairly simple setup. We share the building with a few others, but we have our own space on the first floor. It’s not a huge office, but it’s enough for our small group. We spend most of our day on the phones or typing away. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, so you have to watch your step. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. We're just a bunch of people working together to get things done. We chose DLF Phase-1 because it’s easy for most of us to get to. There are some good spots nearby to grab a quick tea or some snacks. We don't have a fancy lobby with a sign. It’s just the door with our name on it. Most of the time, the office is pretty quiet, except when we’re all trying to finish a project at once. We like the practical side of things. If something breaks, we fix it ourselves.
