Iiie Pvt Ltd is based at 95 Udyog Vihar Phase I. We have been operating out of this building for several years now. It’s a standard industrial unit, nothing too special to look at from the street. Inside, it’s mostly just us at our workstations. We started as a very small group and we haven't grown too much since then, which is fine by us. We like knowing everyone’s name and what is going on. The work we do is pretty steady. We don't have a marketing department or a sales team making cold calls. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve seen us around the area for a long time. The air conditioning in the back office is a bit loud, but it keeps us from melting in the summer heat. We aren't trying to follow any big corporate mission. We just show up in the morning, do what needs to be done, and go home to our families. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have a lot of orders at once, but we always figure it out in the end. Udyog Vihar is a tough place to navigate sometimes because of the traffic, but we’ve grown used to it. We don't put on a show for anyone. What you see is what you get with us. It’s just a regular private limited company run by people who appreciate a quiet day of honest work.
