Iice Technologies Ltd

At Iice Technologies Ltd, we work out of the second floor of E 18 in Suncity, Sector 54. It’s right here in Gurgaon. The building is a bit newer than some of our other spots, but inside it’s still the same practical mess of wires and computers. We chose this area because it’s where a lot of the action is in Haryana. But we aren't a high-rise corporate office. We’re just on the second floor doing our daily tasks. Most of us commute from different parts of the city. The traffic can be a nightmare, so we usually have staggered timings. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall or anything. We just know what needs to be done when we show up in the morning. Sometimes we stay late when a project is particularly tricky. The 122002 area has changed a lot since we first arrived, with new buildings going up all the time. But inside our four walls, things stay pretty much the same. We focus on the tech work and try to stay out of the corporate politics. We’re just a small team trying to make things work. It’s not always perfectly organized, and sometimes the coffee runs out, but we manage. If you’re looking for a flashy office, this isn’t it. But if you want to see where the actual work happens, this is the place.
