Iff India Private Limited

You can find us at 77-A on the second floor. We’re located in Sector 18, right on Iffco Road. It’s a busy industrial and commercial hub. Working at International Flavors & Fragrances, or Iff India as we call it, means we spend our time surrounded by all sorts of different smells. Some are quite nice, others are a bit strong if you aren't used to them. The building is pretty standard for this area. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea stall guy knows all our orders by heart. Sector 18 has a lot going on, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We’re not a huge, flashy office. It’s mostly just desks, lab equipment, and people working on different projects. We don't have a lot of time for corporate talk; we'd rather just focus on the flavors and scents we’re supposed to be handling. It takes a lot of patience to get things right, and sometimes we have to try things over and over again. It’s a lot of trial and error. Our team is a mix of people who’ve been here for years and some newer faces. We just try to keep a steady pace and get through the day’s tasks. It’s a practical environment where we value getting the job done properly over looking important. That’s just the way we operate, and it seems to work out fine for everyone involved here.
