Our office is located at Silver Oaks in DLF City, Phase-1, Gurgaon. The specific spot is 113/2C3 on the second floor. It’s a nice enough area with a bit more green than some other parts of the city. Idiq Softech Solutions Private Limited has been based here for a while. We aren't a massive operation with hundreds of desks. It’s more of a close-knit group working on various software solutions. The office has a bit of a homey feel because of where it’s located. We spend a lot of time on our computers, as you might expect. Sometimes we have meetings in the little kitchen area over tea. There isn't a lot of formality here. We don't wear suits or have long meetings about synergy. We just talk about what needs to be fixed or built and then we do it. DLF Phase-1 is a convenient location, so it's easy for us to get around. We like the pace of things here. It's busy but not overwhelming. Our days are mostly filled with coding, testing, and sometimes just staring at a problem until the answer clicks. We don't do much in the way of self-promotion. We’d rather let the work we do speak for itself. It’s a decent place to work with people who actually care about what they’re doing. No corporate fluff, just a regular tech office in a quiet corner of Gurgaon.
