Ibim India Pvt Ltd operates out of House No 1206 in Sector 21, Gurgaon. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like your typical corporate office park. The house has been converted to fit our desks and computers, but it still has that homey layout. You walk in through the main door and see people working in what used to be a living room. We like it because it’s quieter than the main Gurgaon hubs. There’s a tree right outside the window that gives some nice shade during the hot afternoons. We have a small kitchen where we cook our own lunches sometimes, and the smell of spices often fills the workspace. It’s not a place with a fancy lobby or a security guard at a glass desk. It’s just us. We spend a lot of time on our laptops, and sometimes we move to the balcony when we need a change of scenery. The street outside is usually pretty calm, except for when the vegetable sellers come by with their carts. We’ve had to add extra power strips everywhere to keep all the gear running. It’s a simple setup for a tech company, but it works for what we do. We just focus on our projects and try to keep the atmosphere relaxed.
