We are over at Plot No 2815 in DLF Phase 4. Gurgaon is always moving fast, and being in Phase 4 puts us right in the thick of it. Ibexi Solution Pvt Ltd is basically just a group of us working on various projects. It’s a modern building, but our office feels pretty lived-in. We have boxes stacked in the corners and whiteboards covered in scribbles. It’s where the actual work happens. We don’t worry about looking "corporate." If you come by, you’ll probably see someone drinking coffee or arguing about a technical detail. That’s just our way of working. The traffic in Gurgaon is the main thing we talk about most mornings. Once we’re inside, though, we just focus on the tasks for the day. We handle solutions for different clients. It’s a lot of screen time. We try to keep things relaxed. No strict dress codes or anything. As long as the work is good, it’s fine with us. We’ve been at this address for a while now. The neighborhood has everything we need, from snacks to office supplies. It’s a busy life, but we enjoy the challenge of it. It’s just a regular office doing regular work in a big city. We try to stay practical about everything we do. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due. That is just how it is for us here.
