Hwl Solutions Private Limited is basically run out of a house over in Gurugram, specifically at House no 1536/17. We’ve been at this for some time now. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes, but it works for what we do. Gurgaon is a busy place, but our little corner is relatively grounded. We handle various solution-based tasks for people who need them. We don't have a big glass building or a lobby with a receptionist. It's mostly just us in our workspace, trying to figure things out. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, which can be distracting during meetings. We focus on the practical side of things. If something needs doing, we just sit down and do it. There isn't much more to it than that. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. Our group is pretty small, and we’ve all known each other for years. Working in a house makes it feel more relaxed than a typical office environment. We wear what we want and keep our own hours for the most part. It’s a decent way to earn a living without all the corporate pressure. Most days are just about tackling the next item on the list and making sure we haven't missed anything important. We like the freedom this setup gives us.
