Our place, Hostack Software India Private Limited, is over in Sushant Lok Phase-1, right next to Park Plaza in Gurgaon. Being at B-583 means we are right in the middle of everything. The traffic around here can be a real headache, especially during peak hours, but that is just Gurgaon life for you. We are tucked away in a spot that’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for the Park Plaza landmark. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our equipment. We don't have a lot of decorations or fancy wall art. It’s more about having enough space for everyone to sit and work without bumping elbows. The noise from the street stays outside for the most part, which is good when we have to concentrate. We’ve got a mix of people here, some who have been with us since the start and some newer faces. We don't have a dress code or anything like that; people just show up in whatever they are comfortable in. Sometimes we go out for lunch at the nearby stalls or just bring something from home and eat at the desks. It’s a busy environment because of where we are located, but we try to keep the atmosphere inside pretty relaxed. We just focus on the software tasks we have and try to get through the pile before the weekend hits. It’s just our little corner in a very big city.
