Hitech Machinery & Tools is located at Plot No-514, Gali No-8 in the Kadipur Industrial Area. Being in an industrial area means it’s always loud and there are trucks moving in and out of the narrow lanes. Gali No-8 is where you’ll find our gate. We have a fair amount of space for the machinery we keep on-site. It’s a big, open warehouse style building with high ceilings. We spend a lot of time loading and unloading crates. It’s not the kind of place you’d come for a fancy visit; it’s a working plot. There’s a small office partitioned off in one corner where we keep the records and take calls. The floor is concrete and has plenty of marks from moving heavy gear around. We don't have much in the way of decoration, just a few old calendars on the wall. Kadipur is where the real work happens, and we fit right in with the other shops and factories on the block. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour or two, so we just wait it out and talk with the neighbors. We’re usually here from early morning until the sun sets. It’s a lot of manual work, checking tools and keeping the machines in order. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized.
