Hindalco

We're located over at B 35 in the Lajpat Nagar part of Gurgaon. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’ve been operating out of this building for a bit now. There isn't much to say about the building itself, it's just a functional space where we get the Hindalco work done. Usually, the office is filled with the sound of keyboards clicking and people chatting about their weekend plans. We keep things pretty simple here. No one wears suits unless they absolutely have to for a big meeting. We focus on the daily grind, like checking inventory or making sure the invoices are sent out to the right people. It’s the kind of place where everyone helps out if someone falls behind. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we all complain about it together while we wait for the pages to load. Being in Gurgaon means there is always construction noise nearby, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything. We just want to get through the day's tasks and do a decent job of it. It’s a small group of us, and we’ve mostly figured out how to work around each other’s quirks. If you need something, you just ask. We don't do things the formal way unless it's necessary.
