About Handloom Emporium – Fashion & Trends in Gurugram
Our shop is right at Sohna Chowk, and most people around here know Handloom Emporium. We’ve been at 41400 for a long time. It’s a busy spot, especially on the weekends when people are out shopping. We carry a lot of different fabrics and hand-made items. It’s not a modern mall store with bright lights and loud music. It’s more of a traditional place where you can touch the cloth and see the work that went into it. The shelves are usually stacked pretty high, and it can feel a bit crowded when we get a new shipment in. We spend a lot of time unfolding things and then folding them back up again. It’s a bit of a repetitive job, but there’s something nice about the smell of the textiles. The traffic at the chowk can be loud, but once you’re inside, it’s a bit calmer. We don't really do much advertising. People just find us because we've been here so long. We try to be helpful if someone has a question about a specific weave or material. It’s just a family-run kind of vibe. We keep the doors open and see who walks in. It’s simple, and it works for us. We don't need a lot of bells and whistles to sell good fabric to our neighbors. It's been that way for years and we don't plan on changing it.
