Aadhunik

If you walk behind the DT Mega Mall in DLF City Phase I, you will eventually find us at Shop No 55/14 in A Block. The name of the place is Aadhunik. We are tucked away a bit, so it is quieter than being right on the main road where the mall is. It is a decent spot for a shop, though sometimes people miss the turn. We have been here for a bit, and we like the atmosphere of the A Block. The shop isn't very big, so we have to be careful about how we stack things. We spend our time waiting for the morning deliveries and then sorting through whatever arrived. The mall brings a lot of people to the area, but we mostly see the locals who live in the Phase I houses nearby. We don't have any big advertisements or anything like that. We just keep the shop clean and wait for people to come in. The back of the mall is where all the service entrances are, so there are always delivery bikes zooming past our front door. Sometimes we talk to the other shop owners on the row when business is slow in the afternoon. It is a simple life here. We don't use a lot of fancy technology, just the basic stuff we need to keep track of what we sell. Aadhunik is just a small part of the neighborhood, and we like it that way. No pressure, just the daily work of running a shop.
