We are located out in Village Garhi Alawalpur, which is a bit of a trek if you aren't from around Rewari. Most people know the spot as Jasvir Singh’s place. It’s not your typical high-rise office setup with glass walls and fancy elevators. Instead, H&M Innovance Llp operates right from here in the village. It gets pretty quiet during the day, except for the usual sounds of the neighborhood. We started this because we wanted to do something local. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, though the roads can be a bit rough after the rain. Our space is simple. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and enough power strips to keep everything running. It’s practical. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. Most of our work is done on the computers anyway. Sometimes the internet acts up when the weather is bad, but we manage. People in the village know us, and we like it that way. If you’re looking for us, just ask for the Raliawas area near Rewari. We usually have the doors open to catch a breeze. It’s just a group of us trying to make things work without all the corporate noise you find in the bigger cities. We drink a lot of tea and stay busy with whatever projects are on the table for the week.
